Power electronics assembly line electrical and automation system renovations

At the customer’s request, we renovated the entire electrical and automation systems of the automated production line with a turntable. During the project, we moved the device to our production, performed the work and transported and installed the device to the customer’s production.

The most important part of the work was the modernization of the device’s security systems. The device did not have the required safety circuits, which we developed and installed as part of the project.

The development and renovation of the line included the following services:

  • Project management for the entire development and build;
  • Design of the device’s electrical and automation system;
  • Design and manufacturing of electrical cabinet;
  • Assembly line moving and set-up at new location;
  • Assembly and construction of electrical and automation systems for the production line;
  • PLC programming, device commissioning;
  • CE certification (risk analysis, compliance assessment).

All the solutions we create are primarily based on international mechanical engineering standards, which we adapt to meet the personal requirements of each customer! We also issue the CE marking to all the devices built and/or designed by us.
